Amazing Grazeland's Registered Gelbvieh herd was started because of the Whitworth's desire to raise quality cattle. After years of researching Gelbvieh genetics, a superior herd was formed. All cattle at the farm were hand-picked out of Gelbvieh herds across the country and have superior EPD’s. The family lineage of each head contains first rate sires and dams. To better the herd, a decision was made to buy out Valhalla Ranch’s top Gelbviehs. Through this purchase 1st place award winners in Denver, the biggest show in the world, were acquired. Our cattle are in superior condition and up-to-date with all vaccinations. Practices such as artificial breeding using #1 sires, control of the breeding period, flushing of donor cows, and embryo transplanting are all methods used to improve the Amazing Grazeland herd.
